Appointments

Online booking requests are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Treatment eligibility is determined at consultation, and we may decline or reschedule a service if it is not appropriate for you.

Cancellations and late arrivals

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or significantly late arrivals may be subject to a fee or a shortened appointment.

Pricing, memberships and gift cards

Prices shown on the site are subject to change and are confirmed at consultation. Membership terms, billing, and cancellation are provided at enrollment. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by California law.

Products

Retail skincare products are sold as-is according to the manufacturer's guidance. Opened products may not be returnable.
